402. Hon SUE ELLERY to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the minister's
comments in the other place yesterday that he had discussed the need for an
analysis and understanding of the property impact of the Perth Freight Link at
a meeting that included representatives from the Real Estate Institute of Western
Australia, the Property Council of Australia and Satterley Property Group.
(1) What date was the meeting?
(2) What are the names of all
attendees at the meeting other than government agency representatives?
(3) Which government agencies were
represented at the meeting?
(4) Was Matusik Property Insights
recommended to the minister at that meeting?
(5) If yes to (4) —
(a) who at the meeting recommended
Matusik Property Insights; and
(b) what was the process for the
engagement of Matusik Property Insights following the meeting?

procedures.
