I refer to Ministerial office staff, and ask: (a) How many Ministerial staff have been directly involved in any of the following: (i) Disciplinary action; (ii) Had formal complaints made against them; and (iii) Are subject to legal proceedings; (b) How many staff from the Ministerial office are staff currently on secondment to a department, agency or Government Trading Entity: (i) Please detail the title in the Ministerial office, where they are seconded from and length of secondment; and (ii) What was the length of employment prior to secondment; and (c) How many staff in your office are currently on a contract: (i) Please detail the staff title, whether they are previously worked in the public sector or not and the length of their current contract?
