MINERALS EXPLORATION LICENCE — TONEBRIDGE
575. Hon Dr BRAD PETTITT to the minister representing the
Minister for Environment:
I
refer to the application to explore for minerals E70/5671 near Tonebridge and
the letter from the Denmark Environment Centre to the Minister for
Environment, written on 31 March 2022.
(1) Has the minister received this
letter?
(2) Has the minister responded to
this letter; and, if so, when?
(3) Has the minister given his
concurrence to export minerals from A-class reserve 47879; and —
(a) if yes to (3)
will the minister need to refer the granting of the exploration licence to both
houses of Parliament; and
(b) if yes to (3)(a), what conditions
have been applied to the exploration application?
(4) Have any
exploration licences been granted in a class A reserve or a national park in
the past five years; and, if so, where and when?
