STATE AGREEMENT RATES AND PLANNING AND BUILDING LICENCE STUDY
I refer to the promised state agreement rates and planning and building licence study, approved by cabinet in May 2004 and commenced by the Department of Industry and Resources in September 2004. (1) Can the minister confirm that the original completion date for this study was October 2005; and, if it was not that date, what was the original planned completion date? (2) Has the study been completed; and, if not, why not, and when will it be completed? Hon KIM CHANCE
