(3 - 4) The Public Transport Authority (PTA) does not maintain this information. The PTA refers any infringements it receives for Transperth buses to the relevant Transperth Contracted Service Provider to identify the driver of the bus. This then enables the infringement notice to be reissued by the Western Australian Police to that driver.
