I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice 673, asking costs incurred across the State Government in relation to the Australind Railcar Replacement, and the Minister's response that, "Planning costs for this project are incorporated into the Railcar Acquisition and Railcar Replacement programs' planning costs", and I ask: (a) in relation to the planning costs referred to in the answer, are these costs captured in the Estimated Total Cost figures in the latest 2025-26 State Budget Asset Investment Program, for the Public Transport Authority; and (b) if no to (a), where are these planning costs absorbed into the budget, by line item?
