I refer to the decision to deport convicted serial sex offender Robert Excell, and I ask -
(1) Does the Department of Justice psychologist still hold the view that Excell requires sexual counselling on release would be greatly beneficial?
(2) Is it true that the last psychiatric report carried out on prisoner Excell, was dated January 2001?
(3) If so, why have no further psychiatric reports been conducted?
(4) Can the Minister assure the House, that prior to deportation of Excell to England, that a comprehensive psychiatric report will be conducted, and the report provided to the home office?
