I ask this question on behalf of Hon Barbara Scott. It is about sexual abuse of children in foster care. In answer to my question without notice 33 of 4 March 2004 about the allegations of sexual abuse of children in foster care in 2002-03, the minister informed the Parliament that, in the case of the allegation made by a 16-year-old female, no charge had been laid as police were attempting to locate the alleged perpetrator. Will the minister inform the Parliament whether the police have located the alleged perpetrator and whether a charge has been laid? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
