Member, what I will
commit to, in this place and to all families and children of our public schools
right around our state, is that we will always invest more than those opposite.

Ms Sabine Winton: I will remind those opposite that
the rest of the Western Australian community remembers that, back in March,
that mob opposite was that interested in our public schools that they went to
all the families and children of our public system and committed to investing a
total of $120 million into our public school system—$120 million!

Ms Sabine Winton: Members, I am happy to tell everyone
here our recurrent maintenance program—

Ms Sabine Winton: Annually, our recurrent maintenance program—that
is yearly—is in excess of $125 million. So, I am happy—

am very thankful that I am the Minister for Education in a Labor government
that values and invests in public education.
