I refer the minister to the government’s investment in the Saving Andrew Mallard documentary. (1) Who are ScreenWest’s legal advisers as referred to in the briefing recommending ministerial approval for this documentary? (2) How much were these legal advisers paid for their advice on this documentary? (3) Has the government received any return on its investment in this documentary; and, if so, how much? Hon JON FORD

(2) No charge was levied by the State Solicitor’s Office for advice provided to ScreenWest. Corrs Chambers Westgarth lawyers was paid $15 628.60 - GST exclusive - for its advice. (3) The government received no return on investment for this documentary.
