(1) I refer to the ban, as of 1 July 2001, on using hand held mobile phones while driving and ask is it proposed to issue all staff who have a Government issued mobile phone and who drive a motor vehicle for work purposes and who currently do not have a hands-free facility, with a combined earpiece - microphone type device?
(2) If not, why not?
