(1) When Western Australia Police, on or about 4 October 2018, gave to Mr Aden Kelly a letter dated that same day, revoking his licence for rifle serial number 3132147, was Mr Kelly in actual physical possession of the rifle in question? (2) If no to (1), was the rifle in the possession of Barry and Sons Firearms, a licensed firearms dealer in Beckenham? (3) If yes to (2), did Western Australia Police have any reason to consider that possession to be unlawful? (4) Did Western Australia Police seize the rifle from the dealer? (5) If yes to (4), under what section of the Firearms Act did Western Australia Police seize the rifle? (6) Was the revocation notice served upon Mr Kelly before the rifle was seized by Western Australia Police?
