❓ Hon. Samantha Rowe questions the impact of the Barnett government's decision to reduce funding to local governments for road maintenance, specifically inquiring about affected projects in the Shires of Kalamunda, City of Belmont, and City of Swan. The Minister's response indicates that future programs are still under consideration and current programs are unaffected.

Works to be undertaken through funding provided from the State Road Funds to
Local Government Agreement are planned by way of an annual budgeting cycle that
is recommended by the State Road Funds to the State Advisory Committee—SAC—and
approved by the Minister for Transport. The 2014–15 and 2015–16
programs are yet to be submitted to SAC for consideration. The 2013–14
approved program continues to be delivered without any overall funding changes.
