I note the media release relating to taxi/on-demand transport reform dated 31 March 2017 and note that 'The process will be co-ordinated by the Member for Armadale, Tony Buti MLA', and ask: (a) Why was the Member for Armadale not made a Parliamentary Secretary with specific responsibility in this regard; (b) Did the Member for Armadale have to comply with relevant record-keeping and disclosure requirements that would usually apply to a Parliamentary Secretary; (c) Was the Member for Armadale provided with any taxpayer funded: (i) Mobile phone; (ii) Other internet-enabled device (i.e. iPad); (iii) Laptop or personal computer; (iv) @DPC email address; (v) an office within Dumas House; (vi) vehicle operated by a government driver; and (vii) additional staff members (either in his electorate office or in the ministerial office); and (d) How many meetings with the Member for Armadale have in relation to this consultation process, on what dates and who was present at each meeting?
