I refer to the Cottier Apartments development in South Hedland, and ask as at 17 February 2015: (a) how many of the 44 apartments have been sold; (b) of those sold, how many are occupied; (c) how many of the 44 apartments are currently occupied by government officers, and from which agencies are these officers; (d) how many of the 44 apartments are earmarked for future occupation by government officers and: (i) on what date is it estimated they will be occupied; and (ii) which agencies will the officers be from; (e) how many of the apartments are being used for Department of Housing clients; and (f) other than those apartments that have been sold and those being used by government officers or Department of Housing clients, are any apartments being used to house other persons and if so, what is the nature of their occupation?

(b) Not applicable.
(c) Four; the Department of Education.
(d) Ten.
(i)-(ii) Unknown as it is dependent on confirmation by government agencies.
(e) Five apartments have been allocated for Department of Housing clients. Four apartments are currently occupied.
(f) 22 apartments are privately leased.
