(a) 6:50am.
(b) The Midland and Fremantle lines.
(c) The delay was caused by the failure of a door control unit.
(d) The service with the failed door control unit and the following two train services on the Midland line arrived in Perth late, which  meant  short delays on the Midland and Fremantle lines.
(e) 7:02am.
