by the MPA head, Dr Tom Hatton, on this day's date announcing the
backflip that the minister would be aware of. When did the minister become

think the member asked about the MPA in his question. I presume he is talking
about the EPA, the Environmental Protection Authority.

I said EPA. That is what I meant.
