minister representing the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the marketing and sale of
Lot 302 Iris Avenue, Dalkeith.
(1) As at today's
date, what is the total amount spent on marketing by each of TM Residential and
the Department of Finance?
(2) Has Lot 302 been sold or is it
under offer, and —
(a) if it has been sold, what amount
was the land sold for; or
(b) if it is under offer, what is the
amount on offer?
(3) Is TM Residential to receive a
commission or fixed fee upon the sale of the lot, and —
(a) if it is a commission, what is
the amount of that commission; or
(b) if it is a fixed fee, what is
that fixed fee?
(4) Is an
exclusive agency agreement currently in place with TM Residential; and, if so,
when does it expire?

(1) As at l0 March
2015, TM Residential has spent $1 807.60, including GST; and the Department of
Finance has spent $29 674.37, including GST.
(2) No.
(3) TM Residential
will receive a commission of one per cent, excluding GST, of the sale price or
0.5 per cent under a conjunctional sale arrangement with another selling agent.
(4) Yes. This agreement expires on 22 May 2015.
