(2) Has a maintenance agreement among the landholders sharing access to the catchment drain been developed?

(4) Has a catchment management plan for the Narembeen Creek catchment ever been undertaken?
(5) If so, when?
(6) What is the current status of the Soil Conservation Notice given that not all the pre-conditions for the exemption have been met?
