MAGELLAN METALS — SAFETY STANDARDS BREACH
Some notice of this question has been given. I refer to the dangerous issues that have resulted from Magellan’s breaching of safety standards. (1) Was there any movement of Magellan lead in Western Australia after the stop order was issued on 31 December? (2) If yes to (1), how can this be explained and what were the circumstances? Hon HELEN MORTON
