I refer to the pending commercialisation of Landgate's automated land title registry, and I ask: (a) Are there any existing provisions within the State-owned land title registry protecting or exempting title information belonging to certain property owners; (b) If yes to (a), please list the categories of property owners whose information is protected or exempted; (c) Is yes to (a), will these same protections or exemptions be afforded to property owners once the partial commercialisation takes place; and (d) If yes to (c), please provide an outline of how these protections will be upheld.?

(a-d) One of the principles of the Torrens system of land title-by-registration is that the register is open and searchable. In certain circumstances, a registered proprietor can request to have their name suppressed from the name search index.  Post the proposed partial commercialisation of Landgate, the titles registry will remain state-owned and all existing privacy provisions will be retained.
