(1) - (5) A copy of the Ernst & Young "Review of Feasibility Analysis Considering Scenarios for the Port Coogee Development" was officially referred to the Minister under a covering letter dated 16 March 2004.
A copy of this report was made available to senior staff at Landcorp and Treasury for examination and discussion. A copy of Landcorp’s report is tabled. Advice is being sought on the appropriateness of tabling the Ernst and Young report as it contains commercially sensitive information.
