The Department of Housing advises:
(a)
In regards to the 20 000 by 2020 affordable housing target, over 17 1

affordable housing opportunities had been achieved at 1 October 2014.
(b)

(c)
Current expectations are for a further 245 affordable housing opportunities to be delivered in the South West by 30 June 2016.
Figures for the subsequent period commencing 1 July 2016 are subject to a range of factors and variables and as such cannot be provided at this time.
