I refer to the Oil Energy Corporation (OEC) waste incinerator at 20 Schillaman Street, Wedgefield, Western Australia, and ask:
(a) can the Minister please table the groundwater monitoring data results for the years 2010–2012 for MW 1 through to MW 15 which are required under prescribed premises licence no L6789/1994/13, and if not, why not;
(b) can the Minister confirm whether contamination of the groundwater beneath the OEC incinerator has occurred as a result of the activities on the OEC site, and if not why not; and
(c) can the Minister confirm whether groundwater contamination beneath the OEC incinerator has spread beyond the OEC property boundary, and if yes, can the Minister please provide details?
