I refer to the awarding of the
Shark-Management-Alert-in-Real-Time drum line trial to Fairfield Pty Ltd.
(1) Will the minister table a copy
of the contract; and, if not, why not?
(2) Will the minister table a copy
of the tender evaluation report; and, if not, why not?
(3) Did the
minister or any member of his staff have any contact with any personnel from
Fairfield Pty Ltd since the government announced its intention to conduct a trial
on 14 August 2018?
(4) If yes to
(3), will the minister table a list of the dates of the meetings and who was
present at the meetings?

the failed shark cull policy implemented by the previous Liberal–National
government, the McGowan government is committed to conducting a nonlethal
Shark-Management-Alert-in-Real-Time drum line trial in an open and transparent
manner.
