KEYSTART FUNDING
I have a supplementary question. Will the minister explain how these funding cutbacks are helping Western Australians to build on the boom? The minister has not answered the question about the $1 million cut in crisis accommodation. Mrs M.H. ROBERTS

The simple matter is that there has been no cut to the housing budget. There has been an increase to the housing budget. For the member to still refer to some kind of cutback at Keystart after the explanation that has been given is simply nonsense. The government is providing loans for all the people who meet the criteria, and those criteria have been made more generous by this government.
