I refer to the Mineralogy State Agreement (
Iron Ore Processing (Mineralogy Pty Ltd) Agreement Act 2002
) and its variation to provide a $100 million fund for the advancement of medical research and support of Indigenous communities, and ask:
(a) has the $100 million been provided;
(b) if not, has any portion of the $100 million been provided and if yes, what amount has been paid;
(c) if the full or partial amount of the fund has been provided, who holds the fund;
(d) if no amount has been paid, why not;
(e) what specific projects have been funded by the monies;
(f) who administers the fund; and
(g) if administered by a board or committee, what is the name of the members of the board or committee?
