With regard to the State Government’s commitment to spend $50 million to upgrade the intersection of Wanneroo Road and Joondalup Drive, I ask: (a) What services (such as power lines, sewerage, water, telecommunications) will need to be relocated as part of this project; (b) What responsibility will Main Roads WA be taking on any of those service relocations: (i) is the $50 million project cost inclusive of any service relocations by Main Roads WA; and (ii) If not, from where will the costs be funded; (c) What service relocations will be required by other agencies, departments and/or parties: (i) Can you advise the cost of such service relocations; (d) Are there any costs associated with land acquisition for the project: (i) If so, what are those costs; and (ii) If so, which State Government departments or agencies will be required to wear that cost; and (e) What is the total additional cost, on top of the $50 million commitment, to cover land acquisition and service relocation for the Wanneroo Road and Joondalup Drive interchange?
