(1) Has the Department of Planning made a submission or provided comment to the EPA to assist it with determining whether to assess the proposal and the level of assessment?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), will the Minister table the Department’s submission/comment?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
