I refer to public housing properties managed by the State Government and I ask, will the Minister table the following data, broken down by region and property type, for each month from 1 January 2023 to 1 February 2024: (a) the occupancy rate of all properties; (b) the number of properties deemed to be non-tenantable; (c) of the properties at (b), the number: (i) the Government has decided to: (A) dispose of; and (B) redevelop; and (ii) the number currently under consideration for redevelopment; and (d) for each of the past 5 calendar or financial years, the median time for redevelopment of a non-tenantable property to be completed?

The Department of Communities public housing reporting system captures occupancy data at a 'point in time' and is thus unable to provide a cumulative figure for each month. As such the data is unable to be provided in the format requested.
