(a) Early 2026.
(b) 25 children per year.
(c) Priority will be given to children aged between five and nine years who come to the attention of WA Police Force in relation to negative behaviour. Where capacity exists, 10 to 11 year-olds found to be doli incapax by the Children’s Court may also be referred.
(d) The procurement process to engage service delivery providers has not yet been finalised.
(e) Key components of On Track to Thrive’s monitoring and evaluation framework, including service outcomes and indicators, are currently in development.
