I refer to the release for comment of the Peel Region Investment Blueprint Vision 2050 (Blueprint) and ask: (a) what was the scope of public consultation undertaken by the Peel Development Commission with regard to developing this Blueprint ; (b) over what time period was the public consultation process undertaken; (c) how many formal submissions were made to the Blueprint process; (d) is the Minister able to provide a list of all submissions, and from whom they were submitted, made to the Peel Development Commission as part of the Blueprint 's consultation process, and if not, why not; and (e) are all submissions to the Peel Development Commission's Peel Region Investment Blueprint publicly available, and if not, why not?

(a) More than 200 individual stakeholders were consulted during Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Blueprint development process. The release a draft Blueprint for public comment was announced at the CEDA
State of the Regions
event on Wednesday 12 November 2014 which was attended by over 200 people. The release for public comment was publicised on Peel Development Commission website, and was also the subject of an interview with the Peel Development Commission's CEO on Mandurah Radio 6MM on 25 November 2014. Full and summary versions of the Blueprint are still available on
www.peel.wa.gov.au
and community groups are still being encouraged to provide comment. The Commission also continues to consult with its stakeholders and will provide further opportunity for comment prior to finalisation of the Blueprint.
(b) The Blueprint was open for public comment from 12 November 2014 to
30 January 2015.
(c) 18 formal submissions were received. An additional four responses were received via the survey tool on the Peel Development Commission website.
