(a) Compliance and enforcement for assisted reproductive technology (ART) and surrogacy currently continue under the Human Reproductive Technology Act 1991 (WA), the Surrogacy Act 2008 , and associated regulations and directions, until the Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Act 2025 commences.
