WORKERS'
COMPENSATION AND INJURY MANAGEMENT BILL 2021 — PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS
530. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Minister for Industrial
Relations:
I refer to the minister's
answer to my question without notice 479 on 11 August 2021 in which he informed
the house that no decision had yet been made about whether the submissions that
will be received as part of the current three-month process will be released.
(1) Has a decision
now been made?
(2) Will the
minister make submissions public, with the exception of those submitters who
expressly request that their submission be kept confidential?
(3) When will the
decision be communicated so that the public can have confidence that this
three-month process will adhere to the much-promised commitment by the McGowan
Labor government to maintain a gold-standard of transparency?
