(2) It is not considered appropriate for Contract 545/95 to be tabled until after the completion of the current procurement process for the Metropolitan Integrated Service Arrangement (ISA) which will replace Contract 545/95. The anticipated completion of the procurement process for the Metropolitan ISA is May 2010 and I would be happy to table the Contract 545/95 document at that time.
