(1) No.
(2)As stated in the answer to question on notice 3410 on 30 May 2006, the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) does not routinely request bore logs in relation to the construction of monitoring and production bores relating to premises licensed under part V of the
Environmental Protection Act 1986
. Bore logs are generally only provided in relation to the construction of production bores, which are regulated by the Department of Water under the
Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.
Whilst Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines provided the bore logs for bores PBF127 through to PBF137 to DEC, the Department understands water levels were not taken at the time of construction.
(3) Not applicable.
