CORRUPTION AND CRIME COMMISSION — ARCHER REVIEW
I refer to the Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003, and in particular the requirements of section 226. (1) Has the Attorney General received the review? (2) When was the review received? (3) Did the Attorney General abide by the requirements of section 226(2) of the CCC act? (4) If no to (3), why not?
