I refer to question without notice 243 about the environmental assessment of the Gascoyne Traders site in Carnarvon. (1) Has the mandatory auditor’s report been submitted to the Department of Environment and Conservation; and, if not, when is it expected to be submitted? (1) No. As at 6 August 2010 the Department of Environment and Conservation has not received the mandatory auditor’s report. I understand that the auditor advised DEC on 26 July 2010 that the report is being finalised. The complete report is expected to be submitted to DEC by mid-August 2010. (2)–(3) Not applicable.
