1073. Hon ALANNA CLOHESY to the
Attorney General representing the Minister for Police:
(1) Will the
Minister for Police please table —
(a) all WA
Police needs and impact assessments for 2008 and 2009; and
(b) the
minutes of the corporate group for diversity management for 2013 and 2014?
(2) If no to
(1)(a) or (b), why not?
(3) With
reference to the workforce demographic data for the purpose of workforce
planning, will the minister provide the data collected for reporting the
percentage of the workforce who identify as Indigenous and culturally and
linguistically diverse, youth aged 25 or less, or women in leadership roles for
each of 2013 and 2014?

(1) No.
(2) (a) It is
unclear what documents are being referred to, but if the ambit of the question
can be narrowed and more clarification can be provided on the information being
sought, an assessment can be undertaken to determine whether relevant documents
can be identified.
(b) The
minutes of the corporate group for diversity management are internal documents
that relate to operational matters and are deliberative in nature. It is not
considered appropriate for these documents to be released.

Police's reporting obligations in relation to workforce planning are
provided on pages 117–119 of the WA Police annual report 2014.
