I refer to the answer to the government’s support for deregulated trading hours. (1) What consideration has been given to allowing individual small business owners, including those in shopping centres, the right to determine their own trading hours? (2) What action can the government take to ensure that small business owners in shopping centres will not be forced to open against their will? (3) In the event of deregulated trading hours being introduced, is it proposed that there will be a limit placed on the number of hours a small business may open?
