I refer to the
medicinal cannabis industry in Western Australia.
(1) Will this government consider decriminalising
cannabis to manage the proliferation of a black market in medicinal cannabis?
(2) If not, why not?

and the answer I am providing has been consistent with answers previously provided.
The Minister for Police has provided the following.
(1)–(2) There are no current plans to
change existing laws in relation to cannabis possession and use in Western
Australia.
