(1) Will the minister confirm that the report by Bentleys MRI Perth Pty Ltd of its financial and organisational review of Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service on April 2001 found that DYHS had incurred escalating operational deficits over the past two years, that the organisation is now entirely dependent on ongoing support of the State and Commonwealth Governments to continue operations, and that based on current expenditure levels, DYHS would have incurred a cash deficit of $3.6 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2001? (2) Has the minister been advised of the budget outcome of DYHS for the financial year ending 30 June 2001; and, if yes, what was the budget outcome? (3) Will the minister accede to a call from the financial members of DYHS for a full, independent and public inquiry into DYHS financial matters? (4) Will the minister appoint managers to DYHS until that inquiry has been completed? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
