Maintain the physical assets of the East Pilbara Health Service.
Lower Great Southern Health Service
Engineering and maintenance services, purchasing and supply services, laundry and linen services for the Lower Great Southern Health Service. Catering, cleaning and orderly services for the Albany Health Service.
Health Department of Western Australia
Administer building contracts for cleaning, security, air-conditioning and general maintenance; issue accounts for the building lease and associated outgoings; provide and maintain a suitable building security access and control system; liaise with building tenants on issues of significance and chair regular joint tenant meetings; and ensure that building and plant complies with appropriate regulations.
