Shenton Park Campus:
Multiday - 172
Sameday - 24
(b) The available active multiday beds occupied at Royal Perth on 31 October 2007 were:
Wellington Street Campus - 524 beds occupied
Shenton Park Campus - 154 beds occupied
(c) The number of patients specifically requiring tertiary level care at Royal Perth Hospital on 31 October 2007 cannot be answered without a detailed study on a case-by-case basis of clinically coded information.
(d) The number of patients examined at the Emergency Department of Royal Perth Hospital on 31 October 2007 was 172.
Of these:
(i) 75 patients were admitted into Royal Perth Hospital.
(ii) One patient was transferred to another public hospital on the same day.
(iii) One patient was transferred to a private hospital on the same day.
