Regarding the Project Working Group for the new Denmark Health Facility, I ask -
(1) Did the minutes of the meeting held in November 2005 indicate that planning was proceeding despite EPA approval and a Town Planning Scheme amendment not having been obtained?
(2) Have minutes of subsequent meetings been confidential?
(3) If yes to (2), why?
(4) If yes to (2), will they be made public?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Is the Project Working Group aware that any planning work that is site specific is being done at risk because EPA and DPI approvals have not been obtained?
(7) Did the Regional Director of Health receive a letter in January 2006 asking him to confirm that the Group had been informed that any site specific planning was at risk?
(8) Did the Regional Director of Health reply to that letter?
(9) If yes to (8), what was the reply?
(10) Is the Shire CEO, who represents the interests of the Shire and Council on the Project Working Group, permitted to report to Council on the workings of the Group?
(11) Is there any community representative on the Project Working Group?
(12) If yes to (11), is that person permitted to report to the community on the deliberations of the Project Working Group?
