I refer to the Criminal Code Amendment (Prevention of Lawful
Activity) Bill 2015 and the meetings referred to by the Minister for Police in
answer to question without notice 224.
(1) Was the Premier
involved in any meetings to discuss a new law to address the protest strategy
of lock- ons ?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the
extent of his involvement and the involvement of his department?
(3) Please list the organisations
and individuals in attendance at these meetings.
(4) What knowledge does the Premier
have of the genesis of this bill?

with WA Police, the State SolicitorXXX ###XXXs Office,
the Department of State Development and other agencies about the effective
management of protests across the state.
