(5) A part-time member is determined by the Economic Regulation Authority Act 2003 Part 2.7(4) which states:
"A member other than the chairman need not be appointed on a full time basis."
In relation to Mr Stephen Edwell, part-time constitutes one day per calendar month and other such time as required.
