(a) The land is held under section 75 of the
Land Administration Act 1997
(LAA) which provides for a condition on use in this case "Heritage Purposes".
(b) The unimproved market value of the property, for the purposes of  transfer to the National Trust of Australia (WA) under section 75 of the  LAA, was undertaken in 2004.
(c) Unknown at this time.
