On average, the cost per month spent on the media monitoring service is $2 253.10.

( iv) Since 2006, there has been a 'client service order' agreement between Media Monitors Pty Ltd and the Insurance Commission. This agreement is essentially a 'rolling contract' that continues to run until parties agree that the services being provided shall come to an end.
(v) Media Monitors Pty Ltd has been providing services since April 2002, but the current agreement (for a digital service) has been in operation since 22 August 2006.
