I refer to the report of the Perth hills bushfire February 2011 review. (1) Did the former head of the Australian Federal Police, Mick Keelty, request to meet with the minister at any time in relation to his inquiries? (2) If yes to (1), did the minister agree to meet, and when did any meetings occur? (3) If the minister did not agree to any meetings, why not? Hon PETER COLLIER
